By accessing, browsing, or using this website (www.neurocoreuae.com), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms, notices, policies, and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using this website.

1. Terms of Purchase & Payment

  • ‍ Full Payment Required Upfront: Full payment is required in advance for all services offered by NeuroCore, including one-to-one therapy sessions, consultations, and professional training programs. No session, program, or service will be scheduled, confirmed, or delivered until payment has been received in full.

  • Booking Confirmation: All therapy sessions, consultations, and professional training programs are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Your session or training spot is only considered confirmed upon receipt of full payment in advance and successful verification of any required documents (see Sections 3 and 4). Failure to complete payment within the designated timeframe may result in the release of the time slot to other clients or participants.

  • Payment Methods: We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not accept personal checks.

  • Billing Accuracy: You must ensure the billing address on file with your financial institution matches the address provided to us.

  • Financial Responsibility: NeuroCore is not responsible for any overdraft fees or bank charges incurred. Please retain all purchase records.

  • VAT & Pricing: VAT is charged on all services delivered within the UAE. In the event of a pricing discrepancy, we will refund the difference. If the correct price is higher, we reserve the right to contact you for the balance or cancel the services.

  • International Services: Telehealth and online training services are provided from our Dubai base. Prices are in AED. NeuroCore is not responsible for international taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred in your country of residence.

  • Training Seats Are Non-Transferable: A confirmed training seat is issued to the named registrant only and cannot be transferred or reassigned to another individual after enrollment is confirmed.

2. Professional Standards & Clinical Commitment

  • ‍ ‍Professional Integrity: We are committed to upholding the highest standards of professional practice. Our service delivery is guided by rigorous ethical frameworks and evidence-based behavioral science designed to honor the identity, dignity, and autonomy of every individual we serve.

  • Service Delivery: Our expertise is designed to be accessible wherever your child spends their time. We provide specialized, evidence-based services directly within your home and school environments to ensure that progress is functional and seamlessly integrated into your child's daily life.

  • Clinical Consultation: The information provided on this website is for general educational purposes and does not constitute clinical or therapeutic advice. A formal consultation and assessment are required to develop personalized, evidence-based support plans.

  • Individualized Care: Every support plan is meticulously customized to meet the unique profile of the individual. We believe in a collaborative, partnership-based approach where family involvement is an essential element for achieving optimal, long-term developmental outcomes.

3. Training Program Enrollment & Eligibility

  • Eligibility & Age Requirement: Participants must be 18 years of age or older to register independently for IBT/ABAT or other professional training programs.

  • Document Verification: Enrollment in any certification training program is conditional upon successful verification of submitted documents, including a valid government-issued ID or passport and proof of academic qualification. NeuroCore reserves the right to decline, suspend, or rescind enrollment at any stage if submitted documents are found to be incomplete, inaccurate, invalid, fraudulent, or if the applicant does not meet the eligibility criteria set by the relevant certifying board (IBAO or QABA). Where enrollment is rescinded on these grounds after payment, any refund will be processed in accordance with Section 5 (Refund Policy).

  • Accuracy of Registration Information: By submitting a registration form, the applicant certifies that all information and documents provided are true, accurate, and belong to them. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate rescission of enrollment without refund.

  • Certificate Issuance & Legal Name: Certificates are issued using the full legal name provided at registration, which must match the name on the applicant's submitted ID or passport. Requests to correct or reissue a certificate due to a name discrepancy after issuance will incur an additional administrative fee, as communicated at the time of the request.

  • Certificate Withheld Pending Full Payment: The course completion certificate will only be issued once payment for the training program has been received in full. NeuroCore reserves the right to withhold issuance of the certificate for as long as any balance remains outstanding, even where the participant has otherwise met the attendance and coursework completion requirements.

  • Completion Requirements: To be eligible to receive a course completion certificate, participants must meet the minimum attendance requirement and complete all assigned coursework within the specified timelines, as communicated by NeuroCore at the start of the program.

  • No Guarantee of Certification Outcome: NeuroCore provides coursework designed to meet the coursework requirements for IBT and ABAT certification as set by the IBAO and QABA, respectively. Successful completion of the NeuroCore course does not guarantee a passing result on any certifying board's exam or the granting of certification, which remains solely at the discretion of the relevant certifying body. Supervision and competency assessments, where applicable, are arranged separately and are not included in the training course fee.

  • Course Certificate vs. Exam Outcome: The certificate issued by NeuroCore confirms the participant's attendance, participation, and completion of the 40-hour training coursework only. It does not represent, and should not be understood as, a guarantee of passing any certifying board's exam. Whether a participant passes the IBT or ABAT exam depends on their individual knowledge, preparation, and study effort, and NeuroCore is not responsible or liable for a participant's failure to pass any such exam.

  • No Responsibility for Job Placement: NeuroCore's role is limited to the provision of training coursework and, where separately arranged, supervision and competency assessments. NeuroCore does not guarantee employment, job placement, or career outcomes of any kind. Securing employment or professional placement following certification is the sole responsibility of the participant.

4. One-to-One Therapy Services for Children

  • ‍ ‍Parent/Legal Guardian Consent: Because our one-to-one therapy services are provided directly to neurodivergent children, all registration, intake, and consent documentation must be completed and signed by the child's parent or legal guardian. NeuroCore does not accept registrations or documents submitted by the child directly.

  • Proof of Guardianship: NeuroCore may request proof of the registering adult's relationship or legal guardianship to the child (e.g., a valid ID showing the parent/guardian's details) before services begin.

  • Required Documentation: To begin one-to-one services, parents/guardians are required to submit relevant documentation for the child, which may include a diagnostic or assessment report, medical or developmental history, referral letters, and a valid form of identification for both the child and the registering parent/guardian. NeuroCore reserves the right to request additional documentation as needed to develop an appropriate, individualized support plan, and to decline or pause services if required documentation is not provided.

  • Family Involvement: As services are delivered directly within the child's home, school, or other everyday environments, an accompanying parent, guardian, or other responsible adult is expected to be present or reasonably reachable during sessions, unless otherwise agreed with NeuroCore in advance.

  • Confidentiality of Child's Information: All clinical, medical, and personal information relating to a child client is treated as confidential and is used solely for the purpose of assessment, planning, and delivery of that child's support plan, in accordance with Section 8 (Data Privacy & Protection).

  • No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes: While all services are delivered in accordance with evidence-based behavioral science and professional best practice, NeuroCore does not guarantee specific developmental, behavioral, or therapeutic outcomes for any individual child, as progress depends on multiple factors outside NeuroCore's control.

  • Scope of Practice: If, upon assessment, NeuroCore determines that a child's needs fall outside its scope of practice, NeuroCore reserves the right to decline or discontinue services and may refer the family to a more appropriate provider.

5. Cancellation & Appointment Policy

  • ‍ ‍Notice Period: Parents and participants are requested to notify the clinic by 6 PM the day before a scheduled session, or as early as possible, regarding any need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Operational Impact: Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect your child's or participant's appointment availability.

  • Clinic/Program Cancellations: In the event that a session or training cohort is cancelled or rescheduled by NeuroCore, affected participants will be notified and rebooked into an alternate session or cohort at no additional cost.

6. Refund Policy

  • General Policy: Therapy packages and training programs, once purchased, are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as set out in Section 3 (Document Verification) or Section 4 (One-to-One Therapy Services for Children), or at management's discretion below.

  • Utilization: Customers are encouraged to utilize all sessions within the validity period of the package. Missed sessions without prior notice are non-compensable and non-refundable.

  • Discretionary Review: In exceptional circumstances, refund requests will be reviewed solely at the discretion of the management. Please note that approval is not guaranteed.

  • Processing: If an exception is granted, any approved refund will be processed through the original mode of payment within 30 working days, after any applicable deductions.

7. Intellectual Property & Copyright

  • Ownership: All content (text, images, sound, software) is owned by NeuroCore and protected under International and Local Copyright laws.

  • Restrictions: Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.

  • Personal Use: Content may be downloaded for strictly personal, non-commercial use, provided all proprietary notices are retained.

  • Infringement Claims: If you believe your work has been used without authorization, please notify us with authorized contact information, a description of the copyrighted work, and a statement of good faith regarding the unauthorized use.

8. Data Privacy & Protection

  • ‍ ‍What We Collect: Depending on the service, we collect personal information including full name, contact details, country of residence, academic qualifications, and copies of government-issued identification (ID or passport) for training registrants; and, for one-to-one child services, the child's name, date of birth, diagnostic/assessment reports, medical or developmental history, and the parent/guardian's contact and identification details.

  • Why We Collect It: This information is collected solely to process registration, verify eligibility for IBT/ABAT coursework, issue certificates, develop and deliver an individualized support plan for a child client, and communicate with participants or families regarding their service.

  • Children's Data: Where personal data relates to a child, it is collected and processed only with the consent of the child's parent or legal guardian, and is used strictly for the purpose of assessing and delivering that child's support plan.

  • Sharing With Third Parties: Training registrant information and documents may be shared with the relevant certifying body (IBAO or QABA) strictly as required to fulfil coursework and certification requirements. A child's clinical information may be shared with other professionals directly involved in that child's care (e.g., a supervising BCBA), where relevant and necessary. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

  • Storage & Security: Documents and records submitted through our registration and intake processes are stored securely, and access is limited to authorized NeuroCore staff directly involved in processing the relevant registration or delivering the relevant service.

  • Retention: We retain registration information, intake documents, and clinical records for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above and to meet our record-keeping obligations to certifying bodies and applicable professional standards, after which they are securely deleted.

  • Your Rights: In accordance with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), you (or, for a child client, their parent/legal guardian) may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data held by NeuroCore by contacting us directly. We will respond to such requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal, regulatory, or professional record-keeping requirements.

9. Website Usage & User Conduct

  • Links: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to hyperlink to our site, provided the link does not disparage our brand. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party external links.

  • User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any content (data, text, media) you transmit via our contact pages or social media channels.

  • Prohibited Conduct: Users may not transmit unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, libelous, or obscene material through our platforms.

10. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • In no event shall NeuroCore be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, loss of data, or business interruption. We do not warrant that our website is free of viruses or destructive code; you are responsible for implementing your own security safeguards.

  • NeuroCore's total liability arising from any training program or one-to-one service shall not exceed the total fees paid for that specific program or service.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
